Description: Marcin Engineering performed the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for this 100 lot subdivision in Grenora North Dakota. This project consists of single family “stick built” homes as well as lots for RV homes and trailer homes. Marcin Engineering is performing the design of the roadways, the grading and drainage systems and the utility systems including water, sewer, electric and telephone systems. This project is in such high demand, that there is a waiting list of customers ready to purchase the project as soon as it is built. Marcin Engineering is working with the Developer to Fast Track the design and construction process, so as to meet the consumer’s needs.
