Description: Marcin Engineering served as the Project Civil Engineer on this HUD financed affordable housing renovation project in Eagle-Vail, Corlorado. Marcin Engineering performed re-grading of the existing site due to poor drainage and rehabilitation of the sewer and water systems. Marcin Engineering also recognized that the existing water system layout needed to be looped in order for the system to properly function. Marcin Engineering prepared the CDOT "Notice to Proceed" (NTP) drawings for this project as well.
