Description: Marcin Engineering has been involved in numerous projects over the years with this site. Originally involved in a remodel project in 1997, Marcin Engineering redesigned the site exterior to meet stringent guidelines set forth by the Town of Vail before the project was put on hold in 1998. In 1999 Marcin Engineering provided a Condominium Plat and Improvement Location Certificate, in which we resolved very complex boundary issues that had plagued the property for 28 years. Most recently Marcin Engineering has been involved in the site design associated with the latest remodel scheme. Although not invited to be involved until the project was well under way, Marcin Engineering worked closely with Braun and Associates and the Davis Partnership to resolve the civil design issues that had piled up. Because of this success, our client, Davis Partnership has invited Marcin Engineering to participate in other upcoming projects.
